The online megastar talks all things Youtube, football and his new book in an interview with Toxic!

Who’s the best player you’ve met in person and why?

I’ve met some of the best players in the world but making my video with Hector Bellerin was particularly enjoyable. We had plenty of time on the shoot that day to get to know each other, and he

really gets what YouTube is all about and was very natural on camera!

You scored in front of 30,000 fans at The Valley. How does that compare to playing on Sunday league pitches?

Playing on a surface that isn’t covered with molehills is obviously an advantage, although I do actually prefer to have that as an excuse if I’ve just skyed one over the bar from 6 yards!

And what was it like to play at Wembley?

A dream come true for every football fan. I’ve been lucky enough to play there three times.

Unfortunately, my best performance, and my only goal, was in the first, which was behind closed doors so there wasn’t a crowd to see it!

What’s the sickest trick shot you’ve ever pulled off?

Recreating Ronaldo’s knuckleball took hours and hours. When I nailed it I was probably more pleased than I’ve been for any other shot.

Who’s the best player in the world?

I would love to say Ronaldo because he was such a top bloke when I met him, and his goal-scoring record is incredible, but in my opinion Messi is the best footballer there’s ever been.

Who would you choose in a five-a-side team to play with you?

Messi, Ronaldo, De Gea and De Bruyne!
